Denial of refund. They don’t check if folks are aware that the 1400 bucks isn’t refundable, assuming everyone reads all the way down the page and checks out the refund policy on another page. It’s all good though; my bank is cool with giving me my money back, so just send a return slip if you want to get your cash.

"Terrible Customer Experience"
The service was just awful, with totally wrong processing and delivery timelines, plus no follow-up from them about any of the interactions they promised to check on. The website claimed delivery would happen in 3-5 days, but here we are weeks down the line with no expected delivery date and no reply to my cancellation request either.

"Delivery Dates Are a Mess"
I placed my order over the weekend, and now it’s Thursday with no clue on when it’ll arrive. To make matters worse, my inbox is flooded with emails, and they even tried to pitch me the chair I just purchased. Honestly, the only email I’m waiting for is the one that tells me it’s on its way.

"Purchased a king and queen mattress in October..."
In October, I got myself a king size and a queen size mattress from this company. Just two days later, my life took a turn. I reached out to customer service, thinking I had a 180-day trial period, but turns out that’s only for upgrades, so returning the mattresses wasn’t an option. I tried out the queen mattress for the first time tonight, and let me tell you, it’s absolutely terrible. I can already feel myself rolling towards the center, and I’m really disappointed with the overall quality of the mattress.

"Still waiting on my mattress. Customer service is lacking."
The mattress was supposed to show up on the promised date, but it hasn’t. I haven’t heard a peep from Sleep Gallery about what’s going on. No emails or texts, but I keep getting all these promotional messages from you guys. I reached out to customer service more than a week back, and they told me they’d let me know when it would be delivered, but I’m still waiting for that call. I’m seriously thinking about canceling this order.

"Satisfied with the item, but not the buying experience"
To start, the site claimed my order would be shipped, delivered, and set up in 10 days. It actually took a whole month to reach the terminal. It just sat there for three days until I had to go grab it myself. Then, another company was supposed to install it in the room I wanted. Only one guy showed up, and I had to lend a hand carrying it down the stairs, even with my bad back. And just when I thought it couldn't get worse, the day it was finally installed, Sleep Galleria texts me saying that the pricey massage chair I just bought is on a Black Friday deal.

"Ordered a mattress and got it on time..."
I ordered a mattress and it arrived right when it was supposed to, according to the info shown on the site. A couple of weeks later, I decided to grab 3 more mattresses, expecting them to be delivered by the 14th. But as of the 12th, they still hadn’t shipped, which is a whole week after I placed the order. I reached out to customer service, and they told me that shipping wouldn’t happen until 7-10 days after processing the order. This really doesn’t match up with the delivery times advertised when I was checking out the product. I’m pretty unhappy with the lack of communication and the misleading delivery dates.

"Purchased a massage chair but can't use it"
I got myself a massage chair, but the foot massage feature ain't working. Customer support keeps asking for a serial number, but I keep saying it’s not on the chair. I'm really frustrated that I can't enjoy my chair. Plus, it's time to start making payments. Feels like I'm getting ripped off. I've reached out to customer service way too many times.
